Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property upkeep and lead the maintenance team on site in Fallbrook, CA. You will respond to service requests, schedule unit turns, and ensure safe, efficient operations while aligning with the corporate philosophy of resident retention.

Ideal candidates have strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge, plus ability to train staff, coordinate vendors, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient service calls per policy.
• Schedule apartment turns and turns within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and pools; manage inventory and logbooks.
• Train maintenance staff and assist Property Manager with vendor selection.
