Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years’ experience performing duties of Maintenance Technician or related field preferred.
• HVAC CFC, EPA approved certification preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor maintenance team in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including common areas and resident units.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion within 24–48 hours in Yardi.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and assist with construction/rehabilitation needs of the property.
• Maintain an up-to-date supply inventory and ensure safety compliance.
