Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• EPA Certification must be obtained within 75 days of hire.
• 3 years’ experience in maintenance or related field.
• HVAC CFC and EPA certifications preferred; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Coordinate make-readies and move-ins/move-outs within required timelines.
• Perform and supervise repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality workmanship.
