Job summary

Vista Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property's maintenance program, supervise the maintenance staff, and coordinate make-readies and move-ins/move-outs.

The role ensures curb appeal, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance while supporting occupancy goals and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with the Community Manager on schedules, managing vendor relationships, and tracking work orders

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years’ experience performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician or related field.
• EPA Certification required within 75 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and unit turns with Community Manager.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Manage work orders in Yardi and ensure timely completion (24–48 hour window).
• Work with vendors and obtain proposal submissions as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and provide safety training.
