Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff, ensuring safety and quality.

Collaborate with the Community Manager, supervise vendors, monitor budgets, and maintain records. Must hold High School Diploma, EPA & CPO cert, and basic computer skills; HVAC a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of community assets and operations.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee unit inspections and make-ready status checks.
• Supervise maintenance staff under Community Manager.
