Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit make-readies while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have EPA/CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and strong OSHA/Fair Housing compliance; solid on-site software skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and prioritize work orders.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required; supervise staff and vendors.
• Coordinate resident requests and service orders; ensure repairs in common areas and units.
