Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities, including service requests, preventative tasks, and vendor coordination. You will supervise staff, enforce safety standards, and ensure high-quality customer service.

The role requires on-site presence and daily site attendance, with on-call duties for emergencies. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA and CPO certification, basic computer skills for on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and daily site operations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and improve safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies and budget compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff; provide training and scheduling.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and after-hours work.
• Maintain records of service requests and inspections.
