Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff and vendors to ensure high-quality upkeep and safety compliance. You will manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and inspections alongside the Community Manager.

The role requires EPA/CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and familiarity with OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for success in a fast-paced property

Qualifications

EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Management: oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for hazards and ensure safety compliance.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program and manage inventory within budget.
Lead maintenance staff under Community Manager supervision and ensure timely task completion.
