Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and staff performance at our communities. You will manage safety, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure high-quality, compliant property upkeep.

Strong on-site software skills and basic computer literacy are required, along with EPA/CPO certification and HVAC knowledge. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating resources, and maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise staff and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Manage preventative maintenance program.
• Inspect grounds and units for safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence.
• Respond to on-call emergencies at the community.
• Prepare records of service requests and inspections.
• Assist with inspections and make-ready tasks.
