Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction at the community. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and on-call emergencies, working with the Community Manager to manage resources efficiently.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and basic computer skills; familiarity with OSHA and Fair Housing laws is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to understand and use on-site software; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and staff scheduling.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and compliance.
• Manage supplies within budget with the Community Manager.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and after-hours work.
• Ensure high level of customer and resident relations.
