Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Marietta, GA to oversee and perform technical maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks for a multifamily community. You will coordinate work orders, inspect workmanship, manage vendor contracts, and ensure safety and quality standards across grounds and units.

You’ll lead a team, uphold Greystar’s service standards, and contribute to budget planning while maintaining residents’ satisfaction and property appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; safe use of tools and equipment.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications for HVAC work.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests; diagnose and repair issues.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units; schedule vendors as needed.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance across grounds and buildings.
• Inspect work by teammates and contractors; enforce quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies; manage budget adherence.
• Support safety programs; ensure OSHA and SDS compliance.
• Assist in budget development for repairs and capital projects.
