Zusammenfassung

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta to oversee and perform technical maintenance across the community. You will manage work orders, coordinate make-readies for new residents, and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout grounds, buildings, and common areas.

You will lead a team, inspect contractor work, maintain inventory, and support budgeting for repairs and capital projects while delivering strong resident service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law and must be skilled in safe use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents, team members, and contacts.

Aufgaben

• Assist and complete work orders from residents and routine maintenance, identifying root causes and repairing per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Set and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget; assist Community Manager with budget and capital projects.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance per policy; ensure documentation.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Provide courteous service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly.
