Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to uphold the physical integrity of the community at all times, ensuring a safe living environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance tasks, supervising staff, coordinating with the Property Manager on work orders, and monitoring safety compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations. Minimum education is High School, with CAMT and driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance supervision preferred.
• Must have valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repair tasks personally or delegates to staff.
• Oversees and inspects work performed by maintenance/janitorial staff.
• Maintains work order system and completes requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Ensures make-ready repairs are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Schedules maintenance staff with the Property Manager for 24/7 emergency coverage.
• Keeps records of preventive maintenance and expenditures.
