Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including staff, safety compliance, and service requests. The role is on-site with on-call emergencies and requires coordinating with the Community Manager to ensure high-quality upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff across the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• Assist with on-call emergency coverage and after-hours support.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and safety regulations.
