Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical integrity and safe living environment. You will help identify and correct issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure repairs are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities include documenting work orders, coordinating with vendors, and keeping facilities in good working condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Trade school certificates in HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate with residents.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with maintaining the community's physical integrity.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks, complete make-ready repairs on schedule.
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and recommend corrections.
• Keep accurate records of work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Report safety hazards and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
