Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, staff coordination, and service requests at our community. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and timely response to resident and management needs.

Ideal candidates bring a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work, with potential for after-hours calls, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer tasks.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards.
• Manage supplies and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Lead safety training and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired

Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required

Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge
