Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in general property maintenance or related roles preferred.
• Experience in residential or multifamily environments is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety procedures, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate complex repairs to senior staff.
• Assist in unit turnovers and interior prep for new move-ins.
• Support exterior grounds care and seasonal landscaping tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and workspaces in safe condition.
