You will perform routine repairs, assist with preventative tasks, and respond to work orders promptly to minimize disruption for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in general property maintenance.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Perform make-ready repairs and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Document resolutions to work orders and assist with reports.
• Assist in bidding/procurement of outside services and vendors.
• Maintain grounds and report safety hazards to management.
