Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations for a community. You will supervise staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance, while working alongside the Community Manager to deliver quality service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC knowledge is a plus, with opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification (HVAC knowledge preferred).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; manage vendor relationships and budgets.
• Coordinate work orders, inspect grounds and units daily, ensure safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and repairs.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification

HVAC experience preferred
