Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.
• Knowledge of property management software preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of property appearance and grounds.
• Organize maintenance operations and manage on-call schedule.
• Ensure service requests are completed daily.
• Lead punch lists for vacated units and quality checks.
• Obtain bids and negotiate with vendors.
• Provide training and leadership to maintenance staff.
• Experience in high-rise or mid-rise buildings preferred.
