Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to uphold the physical integrity of our community and ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents, staff, and guests. You will lead maintenance and janitorial staff, manage work orders, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure timely repairs and capital improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in maintenance supervision, CAMT or equivalent certifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance supervisory experience.
• Trade/technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred; CAMT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs personally or via staff.
• Supervise maintenance and janitorial teams and schedule work.
• Manage work order system and respond to resident requests within 24 hours.
• Monitor and maintain safety policies and OSHA/Hazcom compliance.
• Inspect property, grounds, and equipment; ensure timely make-ready repairs.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on staffing, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and accurate records.
