Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations at the Roseville property. You will manage service requests, budget adherence, and quality of unit turns.

You will supervise maintenance staff, perform repairs across several trades, and coordinate with the property manager to maintain safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly in line with policy.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Perform carpentry duties including wallboard repair and door/lock repair.
• Proactive preventative maintenance such as painting, lighting, and sprinkler systems.
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Conduct weekly property inspections with leadership to identify issues.
