Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations at a California property. You’ll oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Applicants should have at least two years in property maintenance or related field, strong carpentry and general maintenance skills, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Compensation includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key track system.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC).
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to residents’ satisfaction.
• Daily property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies (weather events, fires, floods).
• Promote safety and risk management per company policy.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance issues.
