Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused professional in Houston, TX to ensure units and community spaces meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves diagnosing resident requests, performing repairs, and coordinating make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing.

The position emphasizes safety, vendor coordination, and adherence to policies while maintaining inventory and supporting budget objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and ability to safely use hand/power tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to support management.
• Microsoft Office and property management system experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair issues identified via resident service requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Establish cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and external contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials; assist budget planning for repairs and capital projects.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
