Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property or building maintenance.
• Own hand tools; safe use of tools.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with basic software and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose defects.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and schedule trades.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, interiors to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work and coordinate vendors; ensure quality.
• Maintain inventory and support budget oversight; safety compliance.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
