Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring community buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support preventative maintenance in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to meet Greystar standards.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and vendors, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials; assist budget planning and cost control.
