Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community in Dallas. You will lead a team, coordinate make-readies, and ensure work meets WBPC quality standards.

Candidates should have at least five years in property maintenance with proven supervisory skills, strong trades knowledge, and the ability to train staff, manage safety, and work with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication and safety training; able to coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and other maintenance projects are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update all service requests using Yardi Mobile until assignment is completed and closed.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff in daily activities.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Apply preventive care and timely repairs to protect property assets.
