Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will lead a team, manage service requests, and ensure work is completed to WBPC quality standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance expertise across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and safety compliance, with on-call duties and collaboration with vendors to protect asset longevity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA, and CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication and safety leadership across management, vendors, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff across trades.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff and tasks.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance personnel; enforce safety policies.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with departments and vendors.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance.
