Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community in Abilene, TX. You will lead a maintenance team, manage service requests, and ensure work meets WBPC quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication with management, partners, vendors and residents.
• Proficient use of basic tools and small machinery.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access.
• On-call and emergency after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC standards.
• Update and close service requests in Yardi Mobile.
• Train maintenance staff across trades.
• Plan, schedule and supervise daily maintenance activities.
• Hire, train and develop staff; enforce safety policies.
• Lead safety meetings and communicate goals.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; inspect work and costs.
