Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family residential community in the Houston area. The role emphasizes building relationships with the team and residents, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong supervision skills, and proficiency in core trades, with knowledge of Yardi used for work order management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience, with property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level troubleshooting in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and other maintenance projects are completed accurately and timely to WBPC quality standards.
• Maintain and update all assigned service requests using Yardi until they are completed.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff across trades to assess function and recommend repairs or replacements.
