You will lead a maintenance team, oversee make-readies, safety training, vendor coordination, and budget considerations while upholding WBPC quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related maintenance experience; property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing in basic trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with management, vendors, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC quality standards.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile until closed.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff across trades for proper repairs.
• Plan, schedule and supervise staff for daily activities and turns.
• Hire, train and develop staff; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; manage departmental budget and inventory.
