Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting.
• HVAC, EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong communication with management, partners, vendors or residents.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff daily operations.
• Manage make-readies and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations and repairs.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures and training are applied.
• Monitor budget and cost-effective maintenance decisions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and on-call coverage.
