Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations and ensure the property meets company standards and regulations. You will lead the maintenance team, handle service requests, and uphold safety and quality across all units.

Expected to drive preventive maintenance, manage costs within budget, and collaborate with property leadership to deliver exceptional resident experiences at the community level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor budgets and control maintenance costs within approved limits.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team and coordinate with property manager.
