Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep in a compliant, safe environment. You will guide the maintenance team, manage service requests, and uphold budgetary discipline across the property.

You will review issues, coordinate with the property manager, and mentor junior staff while maintaining a strong focus on resident satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment (phone, fax, printer, copier, key track).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and cope with difficult people.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Must comply with safety requirements and complete Avenue5 training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests are completed to standards.
• Review progress of service requests and address chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues following Avenue5 policies.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, grounds, and related tasks.
• Conduct pre- and post-move inspections and ensure timely unit turns.
• Manage safety and risk, and assist with emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Maintain curb appeal and high cleanliness standards for residents and guests.
• Monitor maintenance costs to stay within budget and collaborate on future budgets.
