Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with company standards and regulations. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage service requests, and drive quality unit turns while maintaining safety and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, supervising on-call coverage, and upholding exceptional resident service and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and cope with challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks and unit turnover to spec and budget.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic issues for resolution.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per Avenue5 policies and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Manage emergencies and participate in on-call rotation; coordinate with property manager.
