Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with company policies and all regulations. You will manage service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across multiple trades, while mentoring staff and controlling costs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to collaborate with residents and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Adhere to safety requirements and confidentiality.
• Complete required training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Ave­ne5 policies and regulations.
• Manage service requests and unit turns to meet standards.
• Coordinate repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Monitor budget adherence and conduct cost input for future budgets.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team and participate in on-call rotations.
