Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our communities in Texas. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure repairs and preventative maintenance are completed to protect property value and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA standards. On-site work with on-call duties is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily for hazards and needed repairs.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget as directed by Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
