Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Texas to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety standards across the community.

You will coordinate service requests, schedule work orders, inspect facilities, and manage inventory while working with the Community Manager to maintain high service quality. EPA/OSHA knowledge and basic computer skills are valued; on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders.
• Inspect grounds and units to identify hazards and correct issues.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and manage inventory.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
