Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community. The role works alongside the Community Manager to supervise staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and quality in daily repairs and preventive maintenance.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. The role involves on-site work, weekend/on-call duties, and responsibility for keeping the

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the property and minimize future repairs.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed; maintain organized maintenance shop.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff under Community Manager direction.
• Handle on-call emergency duties and manage vendor relations within budget.
