Asset Living in Manor, TX seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, inspections, and on-call emergencies while coordinating with the Community Manager and keeping detailed records.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certification; HVAC is a plus, with basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and comply with safety standards
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA guidelines
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Oversee essential control of community
• Maintain records of service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, maintenance, etc.
• Assist with upkeep, maintenance, cleaning of offices and common areas
• Participate in on-call emergencies
• Plan for and utilize resources economically
• Provide leadership to maintenance staff
• Check progress and provide guidance as needed
• Contribute to employee performance evaluations
• Ensure staff development through training and coaching
• Promote harmony and quality in staff performance
• Manage customer service and resident relations
• Maintain image of the community and drive property objectives
• Enforce community policies
