Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property in Washington. You will ensure upkeep meets Avenue5 policies, standards, and all regulations, while managing a property budget and risk program.

You will work with the maintenance team to complete service requests, inspections, and preventive maintenance, handling emergencies and on-call duties as required, always upholding safety and high resident service standards.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly following policy while maintaining professionalism.
