Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with company standards and all regulations. You will guide the maintenance team, manage service requests, and keep up with preventative maintenance to protect safety and curb appeal.

You will supervise tasks such as repairs, inspections, and on-call responses while maintaining strong resident relations and ensuring costs stay within budget.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure unit make-readies meet standards.
• Review service requests and monitor progress; identify recurring issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues as per policy; maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds.
• Inspect property weekly to maintain safety and cleanliness; manage emergencies.
