You will manage repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, and oversee preventative maintenance and safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as per guidelines.
• Carpentry tasks include wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window/door repair, tile repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance like painting, lighting, sprinkler, elevator upkeep, and more.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and tenant satisfaction.
• Daily inspections of grounds, buildings and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
