Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with policies and regulatory standards. The role includes budgeting responsibilities and leading a maintenance team to meet service and make-ready standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in property maintenance, carpentry skills, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position requires availability Tue–Sat and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or a related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and manage risk.
• Contribute to property budgeting and monitor maintenance costs within budget.
