Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance and service-focused professional to manage and perform property upkeep across a large community. The role emphasizes completing work orders, coordinating make-ready processes, and upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in property maintenance, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication skills to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and residents while maintaining budgetary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; knowledge of safe tool use.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for company support.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication; respond calmly to residents.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; PM systems preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications for HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license to operate on-site vehicles if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders from residents and routine maintenance tasks.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units; schedule vendors and inspections.
• Develop and uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards across grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work by others and contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory and order supplies within budget; assist in budgeting maintenance costs.
