Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality across the community. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage the make-ready process for leasing vacants, ensuring timely punch lists and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, inventory management, and proactive preventative maintenance to support Greystar's quality standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Performs and completes work orders per resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Manages make-ready process for vacant units, inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors.
• Sets standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors to Greystar standards.
• Inspects work by others and by contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Community Manager on supplies within budget.
• Completes monthly preventative maintenance per Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when possible; safe use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Responds to resident service requests and performs repairs.
• Coaches and guides contractors during make-ready tasks and inspections.
• Keeps common areas clean, safe, and appealing to residents and guests.
• Documents maintenance activities and reports issues to the Community Manager.
