Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Texas. You will perform mechanical and routine upkeep to ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose resident service requests, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage tools and supplies, and assist in safety and preventative maintenance programs. A high school diploma and hands-on trade experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance requests from residents.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and schedule related work.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools within budget.
• Inspect and ensure safety and cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety programs.
