Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a skilled maintenance professional to manage and perform tasks across the community, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality. You will diagnose issues, coordinate make-ready processes, and supervise contractors as needed.

Requirements include 3-5 years of property maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certifications, and proficiency with Yardi or RealPage. A valid driver's license and own tools are required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of community maintenance/management experience required.
• Experience using Yardi Systems or RealPage required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications required for HVAC work.
• Must provide own hand tools; safe use of tools essential.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose issues.
• Oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units; coordinate vendors.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality.
