Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical integrity and safety of our multi-family properties. You will handle routine repairs, inspections, and make-ready work for vacant units, while maintaining inventory and working with vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, EPA refrigerant certifications, and proficiency in Entrata, Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and inspect completed work.
• Repair components to fix issues and minimize waste; manage materials and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and document tasks for tracking.
