Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities well-maintained and safe. You will diagnose and repair issues, complete work orders promptly, and help prepare vacants for leasing while coordinating with vendors as needed.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver’s license, and 1–3 years of maintenance experience. Strong communication and organizational skills will help you succeed in a team-driven, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency: strong communication and delivery skills.
• Certifications: EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to keep building interiors, exteriors, grounds and amenities in top condition.
• Complete work orders from residents within 24–48 hours; diagnose issues and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Assist in inventory management and return unused items to proper locations; document actions for records.
